Completed your AA Defensive Driving Course and ready to book your Module 5 in-car drive?

Elite Driver Training provides AA Defensive Driving Module 5 observational drives in the Kāpiti area.

The drive is the practical in-car component of the Defensive Driving Course and gives you the opportunity to demonstrate safe driving, observation, hazard awareness and good decision-making in normal traffic conditions.

Before booking

Please make sure:

You have completed the required classroom components of your AA Defensive Driving Course.
You are eligible to complete Module 5.
The vehicle being used is registered, warranted, road legal and safe to drive.
Tyres meet legal tread-depth requirements and the vehicle is suitable for the drive.

If the vehicle is not road legal or safe to use, the drive may need to be cancelled and rebooked.

Booking options

1. Module 5 – Already Paid / Prepaid

For participants whose Module 5 drive was included in the price of their Defensive Driving Course.

You can select an available appointment and complete the booking without making another payment.

Book Prepaid Module 5 Drive

Only choose this option if your Module 5 drive has already been paid for as part of your course.

2. Module 5 – Resit / Additional Drive

For participants who need another Module 5 appointment and are required to pay the additional drive fee.

Price: $70

Book Module 5 Resit – $70

Online payment will be added when website-wide payments are enabled. For now, book the appointment online and Elite Driver Training will confirm payment arrangements.
